2022 Leaders Breakfast

When: 7:30am to 10:15am
Cost: $15

The Morning includes a Breakfast, followed by the presentation of 2021 Leader Recognition Awards and our 2022 Keynote Speaker - BBA President, Mr Chee Ngui.

Leader Training

When: 11am to 3:30pm
Cost: $15 (includes morning tea and lunch)

A range of training workshops will be offered across 3 one hour sessions.
Topics that will be offered include:

• Safe Environments (2 hour session)
• Engaging Anchors and Juniors
• Program Fillers with 'Brag Factor' (All Sections)
• Devotions for Juniors and Anchors
• The Games Toolkit (All Sections)
• Group Directed Workshop Sessions

ILT Fast Track

When: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Cost: $20 including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea

Fast track is open to any young men who have been awarded their Queen's Badge in the last 3 years and provides a modified ILT program that accounts for the badgework completed.

Initial Leader Training (ILT)

When: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Cost: $20 including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea

Our new ILT program is designed to be completed in one day, with the only other requirement outside this day is to complete the Drill Training Day and a Company Visit.
