Carlisle Wyllie
Since his appointment in 2015, Carlisle has overseen our extension efforts, mentored new Companies, and supported existing groups. As a non-voting member of the Board, he plays a key role in linking the Board with Companies.
Carlisle is Captain of 3rd Caboolture and was elected the BB Australia Vice President (Administration) in 2024. He first joined Boys’ Brigade as a Helper at 2nd Caboolture in 1987 before completing his Officer Training in 1992. He was part of the team that established 3rd Caboolture Company in 1997, serving as Officer-in-Charge of Seniors before being appointed Captain in 2006. At a regional level, Carlisle served as Deputy President for three years and President for 13 years of No.3 Brisbane Battalion. He has attended the last 11 PA Camps, holding various leadership roles, most recently serving as Operations Team Leader at PAC21 in Canberra.
Before taking on his current role, Carlisle worked in the IT industry as a programmer and manager. A passionate outdoor adventurer, he holds qualifications in archery, bushwalking, canoeing, and mountain biking.
Carlisle is an active member of Morayfield Community Uniting Church, where he has served on the Church Council since 2006 as an Elder. He is currently the Chair of the Church Council.
He has been married to Miranda for 35+ years and has three adult children and two grandchildren.

Cathy Ballantine
Cathy has served as our Administrator since 2018. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the BB Queensland Office,
including being “the face” of the Office, managing The Shop, overseeing our social media presence, handling bookkeeping, and representing BB in the community at various promotional events.
While she had not been involved in a BB Company before her appointment as Administrator, Cathy is both a “BB Wife” and a “BB Mum” bringing that valuable perspective into her role.
In 2025, she will lead the Anchors Section at 16th Brisbane.
Before joining BB Queensland, Cathy worked in a variety of voluntary and paid administrative and ministry-based roles. Her experience includes working as a dental assistant, volunteer coffee shop manager, administrative support, and
event organizer for Youth Encounter Conventions. She also served as an Executive Team Member of the Queensland Baptist Women Anew Conference, helping to organize and cater conferences across Queensland each year.
Cathy has been part of Salisbury Baptist Church for 26 years, serving in various ministry roles.
She is married to Matt and has four adult children.

Jennifer Feeney
Jennifer was appointed Treasurer in 2024.
While never serving as a leader in a Company, she has a long association as a “BB Mum” regularly assisting with camps and leadership at 4th Logan. She brings a deep passion for BB after witnessing its impact on her own son.
Professionally, Jennifer is the Finance Manager at Redeemer Lutheran College. Prior to this, she was the Business Manager at Emerald Christian College, following over 10 years of experience in financial management within schools.
She attends St John’s Lutheran Church, Eight Mile Plains, where she has been involved in the music ministry.
Jennifer has been married to Mark since 1992. They have four adult children and recently welcomed their first grandchild.
